Samantha Mollo
Samantha is a native of Burrillville, RI, who planted roots in Barrington and became a dedicated, tenacious real estate professional. Her love of all things home as well as the environment give her unique expertise on sustainable building, solar updates, and energy efficiency. Co-founding Atlantic Home Services LLC, an exterior home solutions company, she drove a 300% revenue increase in 2024 with direct oversight on finance, client relations, contract negotiation, and advertising.
 
Her years owning, managing, and maintaining rental properties made her an expert in every facet of the business, from filling vacancies to market analysis. It also allowed her to develop a tight network of the most trusted vendors and service providers, making her not only a prized resource during the sale of a home but also down the road, anytime you need advice.
 
Life is all about variety for Samantha. Having lived in Florida and California before moving back to RI, she was an actress in Los Angeles, sharpening her wits as an improv student at Second City and Upright Citizens Brigade. Today, she maintains balance through yoga, receiving teacher certification in 2019, and is the adoring mother of twins Bella and Joe, both students at Nayatt School. Her beloved black lab/goldendoodle mix named Ginny adds even more fun into the mix. Samantha is excited to help people toward their homeownership destination, while making the journey a pleasure.
